Senior QA Automation Architect

What you'll do

• Design and build AI-driven digital content QA automation to validate dynamic content at scale.
• Develop and implement scalable test automation frameworks for content validations across multiple platforms.
• Create scalable simulation systems and tools to support high-velocity changes in the retail digital platform.
• Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools through cross-functional partnerships.
• Mentor team members and serve as a thought leader on technical solutions and quality engineering.
• Act as a force multiplier by driving technical excellence and building scalable systems across teams.
• Leverage AI, ML, and LLMs to optimize digital content workflows and validation strategies.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of professional experience in quality engineering with an emphasis on designing and optimizing large-scale automation frameworks.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience developing robust, maintainable, extensible, and scalable automation solutions.
• Experience identifying automation requirements and designing solutions to address test execution challenges.
• Experience leveraging AI, ML, and LLMs to automate and optimize digital content workflows and validation strategies.
• Strong organizational skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and LLM driven test frameworks (preferred).
• 3+ years of proven ability in machine learning, including hands-on work with LLMs (preferred).
