What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, or related fields.
  • 8+ years overall experience in relevant domains like spacecraft manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and manufacturing readiness phases.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across all levels and disciplines.
  • Capability to execute operationally while also thinking strategically and impactfully.
  • Secret security clearance required.
  • Experience with defining facility requirements, buildout, and development preferred.
