Senior Project Manager, Engineering

What you'll do

• Define project strategies and align cross-functional goals with broader business objectives.
• Build and implement AI-agent workflows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations.
• Identify systemic problems, write strategic briefs, and secure stakeholder alignment on solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis using operational telemetry data to propose systemic fixes.
• Mentor mid-level Project Managers and contribute to organizational knowledge base.
• Facilitate rigorous reviews and communicate effectively at different levels within the organization.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills to compile comprehensive project plans and anticipate risks.
• Practical experience with AI tools (LLMs, custom GPTs/Agents) for workflow acceleration and data analysis.
• Ability to build consensus and foster collaboration without formal authority in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience to navigate ambiguous situations and maintain team psychological safety.
