What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to ensure critical workloads are resilient and aligned with Azure best practices.
• Drive measurable improvements in customer health through proactive risk identification and targeted resiliency enhancements.
• Analyze customer architectures to identify gaps and recommend actions that improve reliability and operational maturity.
• Own customer engagement across the lifecycle, from prevention to recovery, to enhance resiliency and reduce issue recurrence.
• Convert incidents into durable platform-level improvements addressing systemic issues across customers and services.
• Influence product design and roadmap priorities by translating customer pain points into actionable enhancements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in engineering or technical program management.
• Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or equivalent experience if no master’s degree.
• At least 3 years of customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to drive cross-organizational alignment and influence decision-making across teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills to manage multi-quarter initiatives.
• Deep technical knowledge and executive-level communication abilities.
