What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives across multiple Anduril teams and SMEs.
  • Provide direction to program team members in finance, division operations, and mission operations to enable execution.
  • Work with engineering teams to mature containerized effect programs from the prototype stage to production.
  • Serve as the Action Officer for special projects and execute tasks as demanded by the program.
  • Drive and set the standard for program communications with internal teams and government points of contact.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program delivery schedules.
  • Ensure program compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.

What we're looking for

  • Active U.S. Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience as a self-starter able to find and resolve issues independently.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving in unstructured situations at the interface of hardware and software.
  • Experience in Program Management, including contract management with focused program offices.
  • Experience with government business development, contract structures, budget cycles, procurement, and proposal processes.
  • Experience as a program or project manager in defense, tech, consulting, or a similar field (preferred).
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering, software development, networking, and hardware engineering (preferred).
