Experience with NVIDIA’s Reference Architecture and compliance standards is highly valued, as well as familiarity with Salesforce and Wrike for pipeline tracking and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Own and lead the AI Factory ARB process from intake through pre-deployment handoff.
  • Lead assessments of deployment preparedness and validation for complex AI deployments.
  • Coordinate multiple teams including solution architects, infrastructure specialists, and partners.
  • Manage ARB schedules, agendas, decision logs, and executive reporting documentation.
  • Set and maintain deployment gates, design checkpoints, and sign-off processes.
  • Review ARB submissions, classify requests by review path, and prepare teams for decisions.
  • Improve ARB templates, tools, and workflow agents to scale governance across regions.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of program or project management in large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Experience leading architecture reviews and governance boards for complex deployments.
  • Working knowledge of AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, networking, storage, and data center operations.
  • Proficiency using Jira or similar tools for agile execution and risk management.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage multi-functional programs across various teams.
  • Clear communication abilities to prepare executive updates and translate technical risks.
