Senior Product Manager, XDR Security Solutions

What you'll do

• Own a core area of the XDR roadmap from initial requirements through to shipped and iterated product features.
• Manage detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network environments.
• Expand and maintain telemetry and integrations for first-party Elastic data and third-party security sources.
• Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management by prioritizing risks based on exploitability and remediation workflows.
• Write detailed technical requirements that engineering teams can execute without needing additional clarification meetings.
• Represent the product in conversations with senior security stakeholders to gather feedback for the roadmap.
• Ensure all features function across diverse deployment models, including cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments.
• Create artifacts like roadmap trackers and decision memos to provide stakeholder visibility without requiring extra meetings.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related product development or technical field.
• A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security is required.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics as a practitioner is preferred.
• Experience building products that rely on heterogeneous third-party data and integrations.
• Solid comprehension of analytics techniques for detection/prioritization and the current cyber threat landscape.
• Familiarity with AI security and how AI, ML, and agentic systems are attacked and defended (preferred).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
