What we're looking for

5+ years of product management experience in fintech or lending platforms
Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact on complex products
Strong ability to define and execute product strategy across multiple teams
Experience working with technically complex systems and partnering with engineering
Data-driven approach with expertise in defining metrics and running experiments
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and senior leadership presentations
Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
