Senior Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own the engagement platform strategy for managed accounts, ensuring it supports product goals and outcomes.
• Define and own canonical engagement success metrics using event-level data to prioritize improvements.
• Lead A/B testing strategy, including hypothesis design and winner analysis, to continuously improve engagement outcomes.
• Establish governance rules to prevent message conflicts and ensure a coherent user experience across multiple surfaces.
• Partner with Engineering on event instrumentation and integrations supporting managed account engagement.
• Ensure product management can trigger personalized, compliant engagement without ongoing engineering dependency once setup.
• Own platform level quality and governance standards for managed accounts engagement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum six years of senior-level product management experience, owning platforms or shared capabilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience as a data-focused product manager, owning metrics and using behavioral data for prioritization.
• Hands-on experience with event-based or behavioral data models and strong analytical fluency (funnels, cohorts).
• Track record of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships without direct authority in regulated environments.
