What you'll do

  • Lead product strategy and execution for the organization's Epic electronic health record platform and clinical informatics tools.
  • Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based solutions from initial ideation and prototyping through testing and go-live.
  • Translate clinical and business needs into actionable product requirements, features, and workflow designs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to enhance the Epic ecosystem using agile methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain risk and issue logs to identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Create testing procedures and governance for onsite and quarterly Epic assessments.
  • Partner with training and change management teams to support user readiness and adoption of new product releases.

What we're looking for

  • 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management.
  • Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience managing, configuring, or overseeing Epic software, modules, and tools within a healthcare enterprise.
  • Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
  • Proven leadership skills to drive strategic decisions, take ownership, and coordinate resources for successful project outcomes.
  • Highly collaborative ability to work with senior-level stakeholders and translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset to measure product impact and translate business intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Skilled in change management and driving user adoption of clinical technology.
  • Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (preferred); experience with JIRA, FigJam, Confluence, Lucid, Value Based Care, and Medicare/Medicare Advantage (preferred).
