What you'll do

Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories and functional requirements.
Translate ambiguous, early-stage customer problems into clear technical requirements and prioritized, shippable work.
Acquire deep subject matter expertise in medical writing to understand complex document workflows and compliance requirements.
Work directly with medical writers, regulatory, and clinical teams to gather requirements and understand source data.
Define and track key metrics such as authoring speed, draft quality, and product adoption.
Collaborate with Development, QA, and Project Management to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Define AI use cases and establish necessary guardrails, verification processes, and human review steps.

What we're looking for

4+ years of hands-on product management experience.
Experience shipping AI or machine learning product features and defining AI use cases with clear business value.
Ability to translate complex customer workflows and ambiguous problems into clear product direction and technical requirements.
Extensive customer-facing experience with the ability to lead discovery and align senior stakeholders.
Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products (preferred).
Familiarity with regulatory, clinical, medical writing, or pharma document workflows (preferred).
Experience with content management, document generation, or Veeva/Vault products (preferred).
Familiarity with generative AI workflows, prompt design, or building prototypes with AI coding tools (preferred).
