What you'll do

  • Develop evaluation frameworks and test sets to turn qualitative quality issues into measurable, trackable data signals.
  • Collaborate with the AI Platform team to manage integration requirements and align on shared roadmap dependencies.
  • Refine prompts and system instructions through rigorous experimentation loops to improve tool and skill behavior.
  • Provide regular reporting on tool reliability and performance metrics to keep cross-functional teams informed.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • A background in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent area shipping consumer or creator products.
  • Technical depth to work with engineers, reason about how tools are built, and identify root causes.
  • Experience driving UX quality and fit-and-finish while prioritizing tasks under time constraints.
  • Strong data and experimentation instincts to define metrics and distinguish signal from noise.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and curiosity regarding the behavior of agents and LLMs.
  • Preferred experience with prompt engineering, evals, LLM tooling, or building for creators/UGC.
