What we're looking for

  • At least nine years of product management experience in banking or financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related engineering field
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority
  • Experience delivering platform capabilities using iterative, minimum viable releases
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, card issuance concepts, and APIs
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with cloud-based product development and data analytics concepts
