  • 7+ years of experience in product management within an Agile organization.

  • Strong understanding and application of Agile best practices.
  • Experience with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear Epics, Features, and Stories.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
