What you'll do

Act as a strategic advisor to the VP of DCSA on focus, decision-making, and execution.

What we're looking for

10+ years experience leading complex technical programs with end-to-end delivery ownership
Proven ability to operate effectively at VP/SVP level, demonstrating strong judgment and executive presence
Strong technical foundation enabling credible engagement with engineering teams on architecture and execution planning
Demonstrated success in driving alignment across multiple teams and influencing without authority
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for creating executive-level materials
Experience establishing operating mechanisms to improve execution predictability in high-growth environments
