As a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, you will join the Dedham Cyber Engineering team to develop mission-critical, NSA-certified cybersecurity devices within a rapidly growing product line. Working with custom in-house software, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on high-speed data and cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Your daily responsibilities include performing requirements analysis, functional and performance analysis, trade studies, and system integration and testing. You will also define project scopes, write CONOPS or specifications, and derive them into software designs and test plans. The role requires expertise in Model-based Systems Engineering, Full Stack experience, and the DOORs tool.
