What you'll do
Develop in-depth system design plans for chip, module, and datacenter power features using AI tools.
Validate compliance features on silicon and apply AI-driven methods to reduce debug cycle time.
Deliver system-level power optimizations across silicon, platform, software, manufacturing, and product systems.
Lead the development of AI agents for thermal-to-SW assumption checks and state machine verification.
Create methodologies for power modeling, measurement, and characterization using AI-agentic approaches.
What we're looking for
BS or MS in EE, CE, CS, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6+ years of silicon and product power management experience with expertise in transistor/device physics and active power management.
Experience with system-level features, optimization techniques, and data analysis tools.
Familiarity with AI/ML-assisted workflows for power characterization and yield analysis using Python and data science tooling.
Hands-on post-silicon bring-up and validation experience with frequency and power characterization background.
Track record of building or piloting AI agents within a power, thermal, or silicon validation workflow.
