What you'll do

Analyze operational performance and trends of solar plus storage sites.
Investigate site performance remotely to identify lost energy root causes.
Lead coordination with Operations teams to inform maintenance priorities.
Facilitate major site repairs and performance tests for production commitments.
Produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports with variance analysis.
Seek and evaluate proposals for analysis services and consultants as needed.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional engineering experience focusing on system performance
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Strong understanding of industry trends in production tools and processes
Proficiency with advanced analysis and database tools for metric development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including task management
Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend equipment/facility schematics
Willingness to travel within the U.S. to support company assets
