JOB TITLE: Senior Performance Architect - Heterogeneous Workload Optimization As a Senior Performance Architect - Heterogeneous Workload Optimization, you will join the team to build next-generation profiling infrastructure for EDA workloads transitioning from CPU-bound tasks to massively parallel GPU-accelerated engines. You will architect and maintain custom profiling frameworks providing a unified view of execution across multi-core/multi-socket CPU and multi-node/NVLink GPU environments. Your daily responsibilities include conducting deep-dive benchmarking of EDA applications to characterize memory access patterns, cache hit rates, and instruction-level parallelism. You will use GPU profilers to detect warp divergence, sub-optimal occupancy, and PCIe/NVLink bottlenecks. Required skills include the CUDA programming model, NVIDIA Nsight Systems/Compute, perf, eBPF, VTune, and Valgrind. You must also possess experience with distributed compute environments like Slurm, LSF, or Kubernetes to optimize multi-terabyte EDA builds.
