You should be proficient in designing complex boards including high-density interconnects (HDI), thick boards, and air-gapped network environments, while adhering to signal and power integrity rules for high-speed digital interfaces like USB and PCIe.

What you'll do

Work directly with engineers to produce printed circuit board designs.
Establish and refine internal guidelines for design for manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA).
Coordinate external PCB design resources during high-demand periods.
Ensure boards are built accurately by communicating effectively with multiple fabrication houses.
Design complex boards including high density, high layer count digital circuits, power electronics, flex circuits, and RF circuits.

What we're looking for

5+ years of professional experience in PCB Layout design.
Expertise in PCB fabrication processes, limitations, and best practices.
Experience with high-density interconnect (HDI) and thick boards (>1.6mm).
Proficiency in Siemens Xpedition or Cadence Allegro ECAD tools.
Deep understanding of signal and power integrity rules affecting layout.
Secret security clearance required.
Experience designing with high-speed digital interfaces and DDR memory structures.
