The Lead PCB Design Engineer will work closely with Anduril’s engineering team to produce high-quality printed circuit board designs for their advanced products. This senior-level role involves leading the establishment of internal guidelines for design for manufacturing and assembly, ensuring quality fabrication and assembly outputs, and coordinating external resources during peak periods. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in PCB design using Altium Designer (Allegro is a plus) and expertise in various board types, including high-density digital designs, power electronics, flex circuits, and RF circuits. They should be familiar with HDI, controlled impedance routing requirements, and have excellent communication skills to manage multiple fabrication and assembly houses effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of PCB fabrication processes and limitations, as well as experience with high-speed interfaces like USB, PCIe, Ethernet, SERDES, and DDR memory.
