Join Procter & Gamble’s Information Security Protect team as a senior red team member, where you will lead end-to-end operations to simulate advanced cyber threats and enhance security controls across the enterprise. What you'll do
Lead end-to-end red team operations to simulate threat scenarios and improve security.
Support purple-team engagements by converting TTPs into durable detections and response improvements.
Orchestrate assumed-breach campaigns focusing on evasion techniques and control bypassing.
Conduct research, develop internal PoCs, and manage operational security for red team activities.
Produce executive-level risk narratives and technical reports to brief senior leadership.
Mentor junior engineers and set standards for methodology and safety in operations.
Coordinate multi-party exercises and ensure stakeholder alignment during security testing.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field (or 7+ years of relevant experience).
3+ years of experience running offensive or emulation operations with demonstrated impact.
Expertise across at least two domains: enterprise/web/mobile apps, identity, cloud services, network/endpoint security, IoT/OT, or directory services.
Proven ability to bypass preventative/detective controls while maintaining operational safety and rules of engagement.
Strong engineering skills in Python, PowerShell, GO, C++, Web Frameworks; familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
