Senior Maximo Application Suite Developer/Administrator

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Gather user requirements to create functional specifications and technical documentation for system enhancements.
• Develop and manage integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework to connect enterprise systems.
• Create reports and dashboards using Maximo Business Intelligence Reporting (BIRT) and Cognos Analytics.
• Ensure MAS 9 meets all security requirements necessary to maintain a DHS Authority to Operate.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement patches, hotfixes, and upgrades for the system infrastructure.
• Provide technical training and direct support to end users and system owners.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining DHS or TSA vetting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10 to 15 years of professional experience (direct experience may substitute for education).
• Experience installing, supporting, and maintaining IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience working in FedRAMP or other secured cloud environments with high security IT requirements.
• Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise/Standard databases and AWS infrastructure services.
• Expertise in Maximo Integration Framework, BIRT reporting, and Cognos Analytics.
• Skills in software development, configuration management, and DevSecOps environment operations.
