What you'll do

  • Lead the integration of new process equipment from specification to qualification.
  • Provide critical design feedback and lead qualification for new IDCA products.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of operations experience in process, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Professional experience with high vacuum systems and cooled thermal imaging industry.
  • Proven track record of yield and process improvement, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Expertise in automation & control systems for quality enhancement and cycle time reduction.
  • Lead new equipment integration and support new product launches with critical design feedback.
