What you'll do
Define and lead onboarding risk and policy decisioning strategy to balance marketplace growth with trust.
Develop strategic frameworks for automated, efficient, and integrity-focused onboarding decisions.
Drive data strategies and partner with teams to improve model performance and automation in onboarding.
Lead the development of audit and feedback programs to enhance policy effectiveness and decision consistency.

What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in marketplace risk, trust & safety, fraud/risk operations, onboarding strategy, or related domains.
Demonstrated ability to develop risk decisioning strategies at scale.
Strong analytical skills with experience using data for business decisions and improvements.
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations teams.
Proven leadership in complex initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
