What you'll do
Design and implement structured data enhancements to improve customer search and navigation.
Lead end-to-end problem solving for structured data quality and governance.
Develop strategic narratives and annual/quarterly strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for
6 years of experience in taxonomy, ontology, and information architecture design.
3 years of business/product management experience for technically complex products.
Direct experience driving large-scale structured data initiatives from front-end to back-end.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in creating operating metrics and holding teams accountable.
Deep technical understanding of software development processes and contributing to architectural design.
Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment building across diverse organizational groups.
Experience working in retail/eCommerce search, preferably in a two-sided marketplace.
