Validate adherence to technical specifications, video/audio quality standards, mezzanine requirements, and security policies.
Serve as a liaison between operations, engineering, product teams, and other stakeholders for platform challenges.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in technical operations with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Expert understanding of content delivery for FAST linear and VOD platforms.
Deep expertise in H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC, AV1, and MPEG-2 fundamentals.
Proficient in QA processes, media content systems, and scalable workflows.
Ability to design and implement efficient processes in complex environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills for application-based issues.
Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
