What we're looking for
5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent role with AI/ML project ownership.
Solid understanding of machine learning concepts including model evaluation metrics and data pipeline architecture.
Experience working with modern marketing stacks, CRM/CDP data, and experimentation platforms.
Proven expertise leading Agile/Scrum teams across multi-team programs.
Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Exceptional skill in translating technical complexity into executive-ready business language.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders including data science, engineering, marketing, and executive leadership.
