Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Capacity)

What you'll do

• Define and implement a global governance framework for OCI testing across all test regions.
• Establish standards for environment lifecycle management to reduce waste and cost.
• Design and deliver a central test request system enabling standardized intake, approval workflows, scheduling, and reporting.
• Forecast demand, plan supply, and manage contention for critical test events.
• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce total testing costs while maintaining quality.
• Build and lead a high-impact team managing operations, intake, and capacity planning for test regions.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Proven ability to create and implement governance models across multiple organizations.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, capacity management, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills for building and managing high-impact teams.
• Expertise in leading cross-functional programs involving engineering operations or large-scale environment management.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations for shared test environments.
