What you'll do
Own end-to-end capacity management strategy for EDA Farm, including server procurement and vendor negotiations.
Identify and implement improvements to infrastructure tooling and workflows for the EDA Farm.
Drive capacity and procurement initiatives using agile methodologies across multiple teams.
Build a data-driven capacity model to optimize farm utilization and procurement performance.
Create real-time communication channels for customers at all levels regarding farm health and risks.
Serve as a technical and strategic partner between engineering, procurement, finance, and vendors.
What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in Capacity Engineering, Management, or Technical Program Management.
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure with diverse CPU/GPU architectures.
Expertise in leading capacity operations and management work streams.
Strong background in procuring data center hardware and public cloud services.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
