What you'll do

Hire and develop a team of simulation and rendering/visualization engineers for VLA-based robotics.
Lead the development of an NVIDIA Omniverse-based simulation platform with software engineers.
Define long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for robotics simulation and digital twin integration.
Translate business requirements into simulation solutions to support automation and robotics.
Assess current simulation assets and strategize their integration into a cohesive digital ecosystem.

What we're looking for

5+ years of management experience in robotics, simulation, or software, preferably in a startup environment.
Extensive experience (5+) in simulation and digital twin deployment using NVIDIA Omniverse technology.
Strong background in construction or mining automation and robotics.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or related field required.
Proven ability to establish new organizations and develop long-term strategic roadmaps with senior management.
Deep understanding of simulation architecture, model governance, verification/validation practices, and real-time data integration.
