What we're looking for

  • Master's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience.
  • Experience working with semiconductor suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, Substrate, and Test.
  • Direct experience in technical sourcing for custom silicon development.
  • Understanding of custom silicon design processes, physical signaling, and packaging technologies.
  • Ability to drive alignment between supply chain, planning, and engineering teams.
  • Expertise in market analysis and should cost modeling for silicon and packaging.
