As a Senior Sourcing Specialist at Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive advantages through custom silicon development. Your responsibilities include contributing to sourcing strategies for cutting-edge hardware solutions and fostering high-performing relationships with semiconductor suppliers such as Foundry, OSAT, Substrate, and Test. What you'll do

What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with 4+ years experience.
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, or operations.
Experience working with semiconductor suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, Substrate, and Test.
Direct technical sourcing experience for custom silicon development.
Understanding of custom silicon design processes, physical signaling, and packaging technologies.
Expertise in market analysis to determine market size and trends impacting strategy.
Ability to drive alignment between supply chain, planning, and engineering teams.
