As a Senior Sourcing Specialist within Microsoft’s Cloud Supply Chain (CSCP) organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving competitive advantages through custom silicon development. What you'll do
Develop custom silicon sourcing strategies in collaboration with Azure hardware teams.
Negotiate costs and ensure supply continuity by partnering with various internal teams.
Procure manufacturing test hardware for custom silicon programs efficiently.
Manage supplier selection and component qualification processes rigorously.
Drive consistency in forecasting to meet industry requirements and standards.
Mitigate supply risks and establish key escalation channels across the supply base.

What we're looking for
Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with 3+ years experience.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 4+ years experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations.
Experience working with semiconductor suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, Substrate, Test.
Direct experience in technical sourcing for custom silicon development.
Understanding of custom silicon design processes, physical signaling, and packaging technologies.
