What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions for internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to deliver results by focusing on execution excellence and business goals.
  • Must leverage technology to provide innovative, resilient, and high-value solutions.
  • Must possess integrated problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues while mitigating risks.
  • Must demonstrate transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
