Senior Manager, Product Design, Security

What you'll do

• Lead design direction across security products to ensure visual detail, consistency, and cohesion.
• Provide direct feedback and run critiques to push the team toward bold, opinionated design solutions.
• Coach and grow the professional development of designers across multiple global offices.
• Define a security design system tailored to security practitioner workflows using existing components.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and cross-platform thinking.
• Take accountability for the business and product outcomes influenced by the team's design work.
• Integrate AI fluency into design exploration, validation, and shipping processes.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in design, including experience leading and growing high-performing teams.
• Experience leading complex products or features, such as zero-to-one launches or reimagining established products.
• Ability to demonstrate AI fluency in personal work or in leading teams through AI adoption.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfort navigating the technical complexity of modern software development and cloud infrastructure.
• Track record of leveling up a team's output with clear before-and-after examples of leadership impact.
• Security domain experience, or a portfolio of information-dense, data-rich interfaces (preferred).
• Experience with industry-leading work on complex B2B, B2C, or consumer products (preferred).
