What you'll do

  • Own and drive the People Integration Playbook for all acquisitions.
  • Lead execution of Day 1 G&A functional reporting policy post-acquisition.
  • Design strategies to mitigate talent risk and enhance retention post-integration.
  • Coordinate critical HR deliverables for seamless integration on Day 1 and beyond.
  • Serve as primary liaison managing cross-functional HR dependencies across teams.
  • Provide expert guidance on all HR-related integration challenges, including international considerations.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in M&A integration roles.
  • Proven success in leading complex HR integration projects from diligence to post-close stabilization.
  • Deep expertise in HR regulations and best practices within an M&A context.
  • Strong analytical skills for translating complex data into actionable strategies and executive communication.
  • Exceptional leadership and change management abilities, influencing senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with international HR integration, including Works Councils and GDPR considerations.
