Develop and maintain the organization’s Insider Risk Program roadmap.
Oversee insider threat detection across various tools like Microsoft Purview, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and endpoint DLP.
Lead investigations into potential insider threats involving data exfiltration, IP theft, and misuse of privileged roles.
Manage a team of insider threat analysts and investigators, ensuring ethical handling of sensitive issues.
Coordinate cross-functional response with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Physical Security, IT, and Security Ops during incidents.
What we're looking for
10–15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, threat detection, digital forensics, or incident response.
5–7+ years of leadership or management experience in a relevant field.
Deep understanding of insider threat frameworks (NIST, MITRE, CERT Insider Threat Center).
Expertise in SIEM/SOAR platforms and UEBA solutions.
Experience implementing insider risk programs in large, matrixed global enterprises.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC Insider Threat (GSIP), or other privacy certifications.
