What we're looking for
At least 7 years of analytics experience with a focus on fraud detection
Over 3 years of management or leadership experience in an analytical role
Extensive hands-on experience using SAS and SQL for large data sets
Deep knowledge of employee misconduct risks, including internal fraud patterns
Experience overseeing advanced analytics techniques like machine learning
Strong executive communication skills to articulate analytical insights effectively
