Senior Manager, Engineering, Agent Policy Fabric

What you'll do

• Build and lead a senior team for agentic AI governance layer development.
• Own execution from architecture to shipping software for enterprise deployment.
• Drive cross-organization partnerships to integrate security and operational systems.
• Partner with technical leadership to ensure architectural decisions are executable.
• Operate with rigorous security practices, including threat modeling and assurance.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading and growing engineering teams.
• Proven track record building and leading teams delivering security or distributed-systems software through ambiguity.
• Strong technical expertise in security engineering, authorization systems, identity management, or agent/runtime security.
• Experience aligning multiple stakeholders across security, runtime, identity, product, and partner teams to deliver software.
• Clear communication skills with executives, partners, and engineers for progress updates and risk assessments.
• Built or scaled a team in security, identity, policy/authorization, supply-chain security, or AI platforms.
• Delivered enterprise controls or platform contracts adopted by other teams.
