What you'll do

  • Own ingestion and packaging of software and firmware binaries for deployment across multiple platforms at scale.
  • Continuously review and improve established release processes, infrastructure, and practices to ensure efficiency and transparency.

What we're looking for

  • 12+ years in software industry with specialization in system software and firmware development.
  • Proven technical leadership for multi-team organizations focusing on data center firmware and infrastructure improvements.
  • BS/MS/PhD in CS, CE, EE or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture, operating systems principles, HW-SW interactions, and performance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Linux, web application frameworks, and CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and time zones.
