What you'll do

Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop machine learning models through all development phases.

Utilize Python, AWS, H2O, and Spark to extract insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals for stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies and state-of-the-art methods for application in data science.
Identify and improve the status quo by challenging conventional thinking with stakeholders.
Manage talent development for the immediate team and the broader organization.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 11 years of data analytics experience.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 9 years of data analytics experience.
A PhD in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience.
At least 6 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
At least 6 years of experience working with machine learning.
At least 6 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
At least 4 years of experience managing people (preferred).
At least 6 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R for large scale data analysis (preferred).
