What you'll do

  • Shape technical standards for medical affairs and clinical data models and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (GxP).
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement towards quantifiable targets.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML delivery programs or related field
  • Strong background in data engineering, data science, and architecture
  • Experience leading Agile technical teams and managing sprint planning
  • Deep understanding of clinical development processes and GxP regulations
  • Ability to shape technical standards for medical data models and workflows
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and reusable components
