Experience in clinical development is preferred, along with strong leadership and communication skills to manage vendor relationships and deliver measurable impact within the regulated GxP environment.

What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in AI/ML delivery programs in Agile environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant technical and leadership experience
  • Hands-on expertise in data engineering, data science, and cloud platforms (Databricks, AWS)
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes and GxP compliance
  • Leadership skills for managing hybrid technical teams and vendor relationships
  • Ability to define and enforce technical standards for AI/ML solutions
  • Experience in clinical AI/ML use cases and familiarity with clinical systems
