What you'll do

  • Define and execute the Clinical Development Data & AI roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI/ML solutions from ideation through production.
  • Manage Agile delivery processes including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
  • Shape technical standards for clinical data models, storage, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements (GxP).
  • Facilitate technical problem solving across clinical development domains.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML delivery programs or 6 years with a master’s degree
  • Proven leadership and hands-on expertise in data engineering, science, or architecture
  • Experience in clinical development domains such as trial operations and safety preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for product-centric approach
  • Define and enforce technical standards for AI/ML models and data pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with GxP regulations and enterprise data governance requirements
