  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, operations, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with at least 5 years of technical leadership experience
  • Strong ability to build and manage teams through recruiting, hiring, and performance management
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals and proficiency with scripting languages like Python and BASH
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex technical concepts across diverse audiences
  • Solid operational experience in service team reporting on metrics such as availability and ticket resolution analytics
