What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related technical leadership roles.
  • 3+ years leading teams responsible for mission-critical production environments.
  • Proven success transforming traditional operations to a software-driven, automation-first model.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
  • Experience operating in regulated, security-sensitive environments supporting Federal or healthcare customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate AI adoption while ensuring compliance and security.
