Senior Manager, Accounting Policy & Reporting

What you'll do

• Lead technical research on new U.S. GAAP accounting standards and draft memos.
• Manage full lifecycle of accounting policies, ensuring documentation is clear and current.
• Advise business units on practical impacts of new corporate policies and strategic initiatives.
• Execute timely preparation and filing of SEC reports including Forms 10-K and 10-Q.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements for statutory and regulatory reporting.
• Mentor high-performing team of accounting professionals focused on policy and external reporting.

What we're looking for

• 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 audit and SEC reporting.
• Active CPA or CA certification required.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules (Forms 10-K, 10-Q).
• Technical accounting experience in loan accounting, securitization, revenue recognition.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for complex technical research and analysis.
• Experience managing financial reporting systems and internal controls (SOX 404).
