Senior Lead Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Architect and build scalable integrations across platforms like Slack, Okta, Workday, Atlassian, GitHub, and Google Workspace.
• Design and implement intelligent automation and agentic workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Develop conversational interfaces and self-service tools to improve how employees interact with IT services.
• Build reusable automation frameworks and internal tooling to accelerate delivery and reduce operational toil.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and agent frameworks, for enterprise-wide adoption.
• Design resilient enterprise platform architectures that prioritize long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure all solutions meet governance and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on automation, integration, and software engineering best practices.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience designing enterprise-scale integrations and automation across modern SaaS environments.
• Strong software engineering background building APIs, integrations, automation, or platform services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SCIM, GraphQL, and modern authentication standards.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms including Okta, Workday, Slack, Atlassian, GitHub, Google Workspace, or similar ecosystems.
• Skilled in designing scalable architectures that balance business requirements, security, and operational simplicity.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Experience with AI agents, MCP integrations, LLM workflows, Terraform, or cloud automation tools (preferred).
