What you'll do

  • Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of experienced developers.
  • Build distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet corporate regulatory needs.
  • Develop robust cloud-based solutions using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes for large-scale applications.
  • Implement and manage AI/ML platforms including LLMs, agentic workflows, and control/data planes.
  • Write and evaluate code using languages such as Golang, Python, Java, and TypeScript.
  • Mentor other members of the engineering community and share knowledge on emerging tech trends.
  • Partner with product managers to deliver high-scale features for customer financial empowerment.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • 9+ years of experience in at least one of Python, Golang, or Node.js.
  • 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.
  • 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes for deploying and managing large-scale apps.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
